Elvira’s topper leans into the camp horror the machine is built on — she screams, taunts and generally enjoys herself as you work through the House of Horrors. Unusually for the range it is not locked to one title; this one works across any Stern model, so it is a reasonable buy even if the Elvira machine is not the centrepiece of your room.

• Elvira voice callouts and screams during play
• Works with any Stern model, not just House of Horrors
• Officially licensed Elvira accessory
• Camp horror styling to match the machine
